During the sessions hosted by the Turkish Red Crescent Üsküdar Branch, participants received comprehensive briefings on disaster management services as well as blood donation and donor recruitment activities.
As part of the training program, participants also engaged in practical exercises conducted at the Turkish Red Crescent Zeynep Kamil Blood Donation Center and the Marmara Regional Disaster Management Center, where they gained valuable hands-on field experience.
These practical components provided volunteers with the opportunity to enhance their operational knowledge and skills, enabling them to play a more active and effective role in disaster response efforts and to contribute meaningfully to blood donation initiatives.
